5. User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

6. Lead Data and Visitor Information

When you collect leads through your test pages, you are responsible for:

Complying with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Obtaining proper consent from visitors
Using collected data only for stated purposes
Implementing appropriate security measures

7. Payment Terms

Paid features require a valid payment method.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refunds are provided at our discretion.
You are responsible for applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Validatr and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALIDATR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Cost of substitute services
Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validatr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Validatr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
